To qualify for free shipping you must spend the amounts mentioned above in a single transaction after discounts are applied.
The customer is liable for any additional taxes or import duty that may be charged during transit or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you do not claim your package due to customs charges. Please be aware that if your order is returned to us due to non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges, incorrect address or contact details then a re-delivery and return fee will be charged.
Please note shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to ship your goods within 48 hours of payments being received and cleared. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders that have been placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. No refunds will be given if items are sent to the incorrect address due to incorrect information being supplied.
My order hasn’t arrived?
Please track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent at time of dispatch. If your order has exceeded the maximum amount of business days for delivery stated above please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your order as soon as possible.
